As an Administrative Specialist, you will work closely with the Studio Team Operations Manager and Studio Team Operations team to meet the administrative and operational needs for Business Units (BUs) within VALORANT Studio. You will support multiple BU senior leaders in handling the daily oversight of complex workflows, managing calendars and scheduling, travel coordination and expense management. You will take on meeting and event planning and logistics, office space management, maintain communication channels, and other operational and strategic projects. You’ll regularly partner with Facilities, IT, Workplace Experience, Catering, etc. to ensure that equipment, supply, space, needs are met for teams. 

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Worksite Management Duties

  • Calendar and travel management for one or more BU senior leaders; including complex scheduling, meeting and travel arrangements and logistics, expense management, assisting with guests/visitors. 
  • Assist with senior leadership team meetings scheduling, preparation, logistics.
  • Develop an understanding of VALORANT Studio / Riot's priorities and commitments to ensure Operations and Leadership productivity daily
  • Assist with planning and execution of onsites/offsites, meetings, retreats,  etc.
  • Manage physical space-related needs for dev team; serve as the POC for Facilities and dev team for worksite projects and requests.
  • Coordinate IT-related projects and needs, serving as the POC between the dev team and IT team to ensure Rioters are equipped with the necessary tech and tools.
  • Handle confidential information that requires care in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes.

Project/Team Operations Duties

  • Facilitate the onboarding experience and onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage the planning and logistics of BU teamwide events, town halls, celebrations, swag, and special projects that foster positive team morale and team building, that will include multi-located team members.
  • Maintain team-wide mailing distros, listings, channels, etc.
  • Support internal and external events including vendor management, and support Rioters facilitating the events. 
  • Support Studio Ops team with studio-wide meetings, events, projects, etc.

This role is located in the Riot LAX office and reports to the VALORANT Studio Team Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting an office or team in an Administrative/Executive Assistant or similar support/coordinator capacity
  • Previous experience planning mid-to-large scale events 
  • Ability to provide administrative support to multiple senior leaders
  • Ability to coordinate team activities, projects and communications
  • Ability to coordinate meeting agendas, note-taking, note distribution and follow up tasks
  • Scheduling and emailing experience with distribution lists across multiple teams
  • Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask

Desired Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Previous Office Management experience
  • Google Workplace expert
  • Willingness to work on multiple responsibilities and evolving needs
  • Video Game industry knowledge/interest

  • (Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $43.75 - $60.63 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
