Our Manila office is dedicated to making it rewarding to be a player in the Philippines.
Filipino players are world-renowned for their passion, skill, and love of W gaming–especially with Neon, VALORANT’s Filipino Duelist. Our office in Manila serves all the players from a population of over 100M people spread across thousands of islands in the Philippines.
While there have always been passionate players in the Philippines, publishing in the region was done by Garena for most of Riot’s history. That changed in 2022 when Riot began to self-publish all our games in Southeast Asia and the Manila office opened.
The team in Manila has been steadily growing to create experiences for local players including participating in the Electronic Sports and Gaming Summit (ESGS) where they held a LAN final of the Empyrean Cup in 2023. The team also showed up at the CONQuest festival in Manila’s Mall of Asia that same year with cosplayers, panels, and influencers attending the event.
This is just the start for Riot’s office in the Philippines as the team has plenty of plans for ways to show up for Filipino players. As a team of passionate W Gamers themselves, they're dedicated to making it exciting to be a Filipino player no matter if you’re shifting Neon into high gear, shooting lightning with Zeri, or going fast nine to finish first (or eighth).
