As a Content Producer, you will report to the Manager, Creative Direction, working with the Wild Rift brand and creative teams to manage video projects from conception and design to final delivery. You’ll partner with world class creatives to lead delivery of gameplay, animation, and live action video content to inform and excite current and future players about upcoming releases, new features, and changes to our products. Your video production experience, inspired creative vision, and understanding of League of Legends: Wild Rift will help us develop creative new high quality video contents for passionate players around the world.
Responsibility:
- Use standard process/tool to manage the process and multiple tasks in content production for marketing campaigns
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to drive and execute the creative vision of videos (Animation/ Live-action Videos / in-game capture videos) from concept to delivery
- As the video craft expert, you are the gatekeeper for day-to-day quality check of video production, ensuring quality always reaches the Riot’s bar.
- Facilitate & provide feedback in pitches, story & notes sessions, screenings, edit and music/sound/mix sessions throughout development and production.
- At the Creative Development stage, partner with Creative, Art, and Brand leads to explore creative direction, proactively provide feedback and early evaluation from executional perspective. Including but not limited to scope, timeline, and cost evaluation.
- Maintain relationships across teams and be responsible for stakeholder management.
- Maintaining solid relationships with external vendors and ensure delivery quality
- Develop and maintain an efficient video production process with both external and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 or more years of previous Video Production or Project Management experience in an integrated or digital marketing firm, advertising agency, or equivalent.
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and production teams on multiple projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of different video types, including but not limited to CG, live-action shooting, gameplay capture, creative social videos, engaging videos, dev video content, etc.
- Understanding of CG animation pipelines
- Hands on knowledge facilitating Pre-Production creative development.
- Understand production workflow and the ability to provide recommendations to increase efficiency
- Experience managing a high volume of creative marketing assets
- Comfortable with negotiation, excellent change management, and handling conflict resolution
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Desired Qualifications:
- PC and Mobile games marketing experience
- Experience with Launching Games or products for a live service model
- Expertise with Project and Creative Management tools (ie. Airtable, Trello, Frame.io, Ftack) and DAMs (ie. Iconik)
- 1+ years Experience with Localization Workflows
- Hands-on design, video editing, or programming skills (experience with Unreal or Unity a bonus)
- Understanding of Visual Effects/Motion Graphics, Live Action Documentary
