As Content Producer, VALORANT you will report to Manager, Brand Management, VALORANT. Your role will involve translating our strategic goals into creative campaigns that surprise and delight our players. Partnering internally and externally across various disciplines including production, art, video, writing, creative direction, brand, communications, and operations, you will ensure a smooth creative production and asset management process. Your awareness and transparent communication will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our campaign requirements, allowing you to advocate for their needs and ensure they are fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing content strategies aligned with team goals.
  • Work with internal and external vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality content.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publication schedules.
  • Participate in content audits to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage the Central Airtable Publishing System (CAPS), comprising a database and interfaces, to streamline content approval and publishing processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as producer or worked in creative agency environment with basic understanding of advertising/ production [CG/ Visual/ film/ offline events], and/or project management
  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Passionate or experience in PC and mobile game marketing.
  • Ability to effectively manage creative and marketing assets, assisting in successful project delivery. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valorant player or fans with strong familiarity of the IP/ community.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for delivery validation.
