职位概述
作为 《英雄联盟手游》产品团队的资深游戏产品经理(游戏生态系统),你将与内部开发团队及外部合作伙伴协作,提供高质量的功能,提升玩家在《英雄联盟手游》中的体验。你将与跨职能团队合作,从原型设计到上线后的验证,打造一流的新玩家引导和回流体验。你需要搭建和优化工作流程,清晰阐述产品策略,与各方利益相关者保持一致,并管理多个组织间的复杂沟通渠道,将你的愿景变为现实。
岗位职责
- 深入理解玩家需求和行为,制定并推动 新手引导与玩家回流体验 的愿景、策略和路线图,以实现玩家、产品及业务层面的影响力。
- 在复杂的约束条件下,与设计师及外部合作伙伴 迭代优化新手引导与回流系统,涵盖从商业模式到具体功能及产品设计,激励玩家行为。
- 与 游戏实时体验团队 合作,制定以玩家为中心、可持续的内容策略。
- 研究并分析特定品类及更广泛市场的最佳实践,并将其应用到游戏中。
- 与 Riot 内部的产品经理团队协作,建立符合 Riot 标准的最佳实践。
任职要求
- 7 年以上 游戏开发管理或游戏设计相关的专业经验。
- 2 年以上 影响力较大的游戏生态系统(如社交系统、成长系统、新手引导、回流系统等)设计及开发经验,包括从概念构思、范围定义、设计到落地执行的完整流程。
- 熟悉 竞争类多人游戏,并对移动端 MOBA 游戏有深入了解,尤其是 《英雄联盟手游》 及中国市场流行的 PVP 游戏。
- 有 跨团队及多方利益相关者合作 的经验,并能推动团队协作。
- 流利的普通话。

As Sr. Game Product Manager, Metasystem on the Wild Rift product team, you will work with internal development teams and external partners to deliver high quality features to enhance player's experience in Wild Rift. Working with cross-functional teams, you will craft the best-in-class experience for new players and returning players from prototype to post-ship validation. You will build and maintain workflows, articulate the why,align with stakeholders, and manage multifarious communication channels across multiple organizations to bring your visions to life.
As a Rioter in China, you'll join a team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention and maniacal passion for gaming.
To reinforce Riot’s collaborative culture in our China offices, we’ve decided to do away with the constraints of traditional hierarchical title structures that are more common in the region. Titles don’t really matter at any of Riot’s offices, but we chose to take this extra step in our China offices to foster a space where teamwork thrives. We believe that removing this constraint will promote individual autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and a focus on results. We promise you won’t need a title at Riot to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of player needs and behaviors to define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for onboarding and revival experiences, in order to achieve player, product, and business impact.
- Work with designers and external partners for onboarding and revival systems under complex constraints and iteratively: Design at all levels, from general business model to specific features and products that drive player behavior
- Partner with live-experience team to create a content strategy that is audience-driven and designed for sustainability
- Analyze existing genre-specific and broader market best practices and apply them to the game
- Work with Product Managers across the organization to establish Riot best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in roles focused on product management or game design
- 2+ years of experience creating impactful metasystem features, including social, progression, onboarding, revival systems etc., covering ideation, scoping, design and execution
- Competitive multiplayer familiarity. Familiar with mobile MOBA games, including League of Legends: Wild Rift and other popular PVP games in China
- Experience on driving collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in Mandarin
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with full-lifecycle feature or product ownership, from ideation to launch
- Experience in advanced data analytics, modeling, statistics, etc
- Experienced stakeholder management and relationship building
- Experience in managing a cross-functional team
- Fluency in English
