As a Partner Publishing Associate, you’ll oversee daily projects and publishing initiatives, meticulously managing stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Your mission will be to connect Riot’s central strategies, resources, and content to external partners, driving player-focused experiences that build long-lasting connections. Your primary focus will be on League of Legends: Wild Rift in Vietnam.
Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Reporting to the Head of Publishing Partner Management, APAC, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional gaming experiences to our players.
Responsibilities:
Publishing Partner Management:
- Collaborate with our publishing partner in Vietnam to ensure local requirements for publishing, assets, and content are met.
- Support publishing strategies that enhance the local player experience.
Project Management:
- Manage in-game and out-of-game publishing projects, tracking all stages to completion.
- Work with Riot teams, partners, and vendors to obtain content and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a globally cohesive publishing calendar.
- Review and align marketing materials, assets, timelines, and content operations.
Reporting & Problem-Solving:
- Analyze solutions for publishing challenges and align stakeholders on structured approaches.
- Provide updates on project progress, launch readiness, and live operations milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in related fields.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (verbal, written, and reading).
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise.
- Experience handling confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Desired Qualifications:
- A passion for gaming and understanding of player-focused experiences.
- Experience in marketing, communications, client management, project management, or consulting.
- Familiarity with multinational work environments and previous work experiences in Singapore, Vietnam, China, or the U.S. are preferred
