Our annual reports are snapshots of how Riot aims to be the best place to make games and experiences for players around the world. That means supporting Rioters at every stage of their journey, strengthening our commitment to a sustainable future, bringing in-game contributions to out-of-game causes, and making games representative of the people who play them. These reports share a look at that work, the progress we’ve made, and the places where we are striving to be better.

Note: 2022 was the first year we released one combined annual impact report. Prior to that, we released two separate reports, one to report on our progress in areas like D&I, hiring etc. and one to report on how we were giving back to our global community through social impact.
