Remote Interviewing and Hiring at Riot

We know the COVID-19 pandemic has affected people in a multitude of ways and cast confusion over normal hiring practices. We’ve had to adjust how we hire while maintaining social distancing and keeping Rioters and future Rioters safe.

As of March 2020 (and for the foreseeable future) we’ve committed to fully remote interview processes. We wanted to shed some light on what that means for you! We’ve compiled a short walk-through of our interview process along with helpful tips and tricks from our recruiting team.
