Riot’s mission is to put players at the center of everything we do. We do this by continuing to evolve and deliver new experiences to players with games like Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, VALORANT, and League of Legends.

Game Producers lead teams, initiatives and products from conception through launch and operation inside of the gaming space. They create and align teams to product vision, have a deep understanding of player needs, competitors and market conditions, and are able to balance scope, quality and time to predictably deliver at a high quality bar for players.

As a Senior Game Producer on the VALORANT Central Tech Art team, you will be responsible for helping Riot build and maintain a central technical art production pipeline for VALORANT across multiple platforms and future games. You will keep the players' experience, as well as the experience of dev teams within Riot, in mind as you track progress, deliver products/features, and organize priorities and goals. You will also work with artists, producers and engineers to support the team in delivering genre-defining experiences to our players. Your group will consist of Rioters across the globe, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sydney. You will report to a Senior Production leader supporting VALORANT studio.

For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players. We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this could be your role!
